Abstract
The waveform of the signals received from scintillation counters of thermal neutrons based on the 6LiF/ZnS(Ag) screen and wavelength shifting fiber light guides is analyzed in the paper.  The analysis allowed to propose a fairly simple method for significant increasing of the counting rate capability of counters of this type.
