4. Short description: Matplotlib is a library for the Python programming language and its extension NumPy intended for data visualization. It allows one to easily generate plots of one- and multidimensional arrays as well as to perform various operations with data. It is necessary to create a shell by Visual Studio means (C ++) using mathplotlib for obtaining figures of graphs and performing a traditional set of operations for these graphs (scaling, marking of fragments, overlaying of graphs, etc.)
